About Us - Church Facilities
Situated at the heart of Glastonbury's town centre, St John's is a 12th century church that we hope to develop with 21st century facilities - see our future plans.
The church is approached via a level pathway and has no steps in the main entrance. Ramps for wheelchairs are situated at the chancel step to enable full access. We also have a loop system for those with hearing aids and provide Braille and large print service booklets and hymn books for those who need them.
Alongside the church is St John's Centre. This is currently used as a cafe by Social Services, supporting those struggling to return to work. The Centre has a meeting room and this and the larger cafe area can be hired. Contact the Parish Office for further details.
